We achieved more than 20 patents regarding to silicon polished wafers and glass polished wafers.
The products as below:
1) Silicon wafers: Polished silicon wafer, EPI wafers, SOI wafers and oxide wafers. The production capacity is 80,000pcs/Month (equivalent 6 inch).
2) Glass wafers: Crystal quartz wafer, Fused silica wafers, Fused quartz wafers, Borofloat33 wafers, Corning 7980, Coring eagle XG.
The production capacity is 30,000pcs/Month (equivalent 6 inch).
3) Compound wafers: Sapphire wafers, Silicon Carbide (SiC) and Gallium Arsenide(GaAs), LiNbO3 wafers, LiTaO3 wafers.
